Yes. You can start designing without an account. You'll need to sign in when you want to save the design or place an order.

QCan I create a design using only a smartphone?

You can use a smartphone, but we recommend using a computer.

QIs it easy to create a design for first-timers?

Yes. Even if it's your first time, you can easily create an original design.

Design & editing

QCan I add text or a message?

Yes. You can add text or a message using text stamps.

QCan I change the frame or decorative parts while designing?

Yes. While designing, you can edit things like stamp size and placement as many times as you like.

QCan I save my work-in-progress design?

Yes. You can save your design at any time.

QCan I edit a design I made before?

Yes. You can edit saved designs at any time.

QCan I choose portrait or landscape?

You can choose from (1) portrait, (2) landscape, or (3) both.

QHow many photo frame sizes are available?
Photo frames currently support 3 sizes.
QWill the preview look different from the product?

The preview and the actual product may look slightly different.

In particular, the 3D preview uses a rougher mesh to prioritize display speed, so the actual product will look more detailed.

You can choose the color, but the material is ABS only.

You can choose from (1) wall-mount, (2) stand, or (3) both.

Orders & payment

QCan I change my design after ordering?

No. You can't change the design after placing an order.

QHow many items can I order at the same time?

Large orders may take additional time.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

Credit card payments only.

QCan you issue a receipt?

Yes. You can issue a receipt from the payment site.

Shipping & delivery time

QHow long does delivery take?

We typically ship within 14 business days; during peak periods, please allow up to about 28 business days. The latest estimates are posted on the news page.

QCan I specify multiple shipping addresses?

You can specify one shipping address per order. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

QDo you ship internationally?

Yes.

QWhat should I do if there's an issue with the product?

QWhat happens if I want to cancel or return my order?

We don't accept cancellations. Returns are handled only if the product is defective.

Email troubleshooting

QI didn't receive a verification or password reset email

First, check your spam or promotions folder. Searching by sender or subject line can make it easier to find. Adding the wahharu.com domain to your safe senders list will help future emails arrive more reliably.

If you still don't receive anything, there may have been a typo in your email address, or you may have hit a rate limit after multiple requests in a short time. Please wait a bit and try again, or use support.
