1Can I design without registering?
Yes. You can try designing first. You'll need to sign in when you save the design or place an order.
2Can I change the design after placing an order?
You cannot change the design after placing an order.
3What payment methods are available?
Credit card payments only.
4Can I get a receipt?
You can issue a receipt from the payment site.
5How long does delivery take after ordering?
We typically ship within 14 business days; during peak periods, please allow up to about 28 business days.
Notes on the finished product
Color variation
Colors may look different between the screen and the actual product due to lighting and other factors.
Trimming
Edges may be slightly cropped to fit the frame. Keep important subjects near the center when possible.
Preview
For the frame geometry, we use a more detailed 3D model than the preview model. The finished product may differ.
